About
I was born in a small town, in Northern Greece. The decision to follow the path of psychology had already been made during my high school years, when the subject of psychology was first introduced at schools of the time. I earned my degree in Psychology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and I completed a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology at the University of Nottingham in the UK.
I have worked as an Occupational Psychologist in Oxford, UK, and as a Clinical Psychologist at the 'Mobile Mental Health Unit of Kefalonia, Zakynthos and Ithaca' in Zakynthos. My approach to psychotherapy is creative, spontaneous and tailored to your needs and personality. I draw upon different schools of thought, such as Carl Jung's Analytical Psychology, the Psychodynamic theory and the Systemic approach.
I am the President of the Hellenic Society for the Study of Analytical Psychology, which is accredited by the IAAP (International Association for Analytical Psychology) as the only organization to prepare and train, through the IAAP, Jungian Analysts in Greece.
